Rather odd but wonderful!
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and get pain in my hands. This is a strange and almost painful experience as it basicalky squeezes your hand tightly like a blood pressure machine would your arm. I can't cope with the tightest setting but the middle setting is fine. Afterwards, once the blood flows back into my hand (!) the pain is reduced. Expensive for what it is maybe but worth it if hand pain/aches are a regular problem.I received this with a europeon plug. I received a partial refund which I used to buy an adapter. I definitely recommend doing this as the batteries hardly last and it becomes really slow and ineffective very quickly.

SUPERB FOR CARPUL TUNNEL AGONY RELIEF
I have severe carpul tunnel in both hands that I suspect is turning to arthritis. Having deep painful pressure put onto my hands has always given relief from the pain, swelling of fingers & stiffness so I was overjoyed when I found this product. It provides a pressure that gives my hands a deeep (sometimes painful depending on how bad my hands are - I sometimes cannot stand the pressure over level 1), but if I can stand the pain it does give fantastic results to the mobility & pain in my hands. My sleep has improved when I remember to have a session just before bed, I am waking in agtony multiples times a night less frequently. The unit is small, I have large female hands & with the swelling of fingers due to condition. So my only issue is it could do with being a little larger. But saying that it should fit any hand inside - i try not to reach the other end as the ridge is to hard for my sensitive fingers. This is well worth a try for anyone with severe carpul tunnel or RSI. I am off to use it now - this typing has triggered a few shooting pains.

Excellent
Great device. Seems to work on the same principle as electronic blood pressure monitors. It is basically an envelope into which you place your hand. The envelope then inflates with air in various places, "crushing" and massaging your hand. Quite effective but it could do with being a little larger so that you could get more of your hand inside. This would be less of a problem to those with small hands though.

Excellent item for anyone who suffers with their hands.
Item was purchased for one of my staff members, who suffers with his hands. He has difficulty gripping anything tightly, as well as painful hands. He saw this item and asked me to order it for him, and he has found it to be excellent. We all tried it in the office and it was amazing how it massaged your hands. Innovative product which is highly recommended.

Great for small hands
Bought this for my wide who is always complaining about sore hands, probably RSI from her job. She used it for 1 hr solid when I gave it to her and found it very good. I was a bit worried about spending £80 on a gadget, but it will get used a lot.Bad bits - no good for man hands, feels and looks like a car has driven over it after 5 mins of use. Power adaptor included doesn't have a UK plug, I think its a US one. So asked for a partial refund and Amazon did without hassle

Good pressure, and gives a good massage, if the pressure is too much for you, it can be reduced.
