my pond looked like vegetable soup before I set up this filter.within a week it looked better but not great.in about 2 months it looks like crystal clear tap water now so has really done a great job.I use the self-clean every 2 weeks which is no hassle as long as you have somewhere handy to discharge the dirty water. only takes about 5 minutes and lets you know when it's done.as my pond was so dirty to start with, I did use the self-clean every week for the first few weeks - this made a noticeable difference to the water clarity

Amazing 12,000 pond filter it is easy to setup and over 3 hours my pond is geting clear I would recommend this pond filter for pond size 3000l I have not tried the self-cleaning yet because olny being fitted to day but this is Amazing filter 😀

Reassuringly robust out of the box. All connected and has run problem free so far. Pond is starting to clear.The outlet hose spigot is 40mm diameter, so if you are connecting a 1 1/2" inch ribbed hose (internal diameter)it may not fit. The transparent inlet spigot with flow paddle is a good idea. However, even a small strand of blanket weed can get wrapped around the shaft and slow it down or stop it. However, you can unscrew the fitting to clean – it’s a bit fiddly to do. The auto clean works well: it pings when it’s finished. So far so good.

OK... I have a garden pond with a lot of fish in it. 12 feet by 8 feet and 4 feet deep in the middle. My fish are obviously happy as they breed every year. I have to reduce the numbers by giving away or selling some fish. I have not had seen the bottom of the pond for over 20 years using various ineffective filter systems.I bought this filter in April 2023... and in less than a month, the pond was CRYSTAL CLEAR. I can see the bottom... All down to the automatic filter cleaning system. Also unbelievable....!!!!!!Over the summer, I ran the tube from the cleaning outlet to my runner beans and had a bumper crop...Very much recommend. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. Was having terrible problems with green water even with two filters and two UVs one 10 watt and one 18w now with the 18w in filter still in place but adding the 30000 with 55watt UV the water is crystal clear well pleased you can’t have to much filtration and the higher the UV the better the water clarification would recommend this filter my pond water volume 12000 so have more than doubled the filtration and it works

Sehr gute Qualität, fühlt sich alles wertig an. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, dafür ist eine Nutzung über den Zeitraum von einigen Wochen zu kurz.Probleme gab es mit der Anlieferung - Absender hatte die Hausnummer vergessen einzutragen. Als Tip, ich habe die letzte Packstation mit Angabe von Telefonnummer kontaktiert, Rückruf kam und auch meine Lieferung.
