This is a perfect fit and solution to a missing shell

Arrived Broken
The cover itself looked fine and arrived on time, but the locking clip/tab was broken right out of the package. Because the clip was damaged, the back cover would not snap onto my Mercedes key fob and kept falling off. I compared it to the original and the retaining tab was clearly broken. Unfortunately, the part was unusable and I had to order another replacement.

fantastic find for my GLS 450.
this worked out fantastic!!! i lost my back cover almost a year ago, somewhere . looked high and low. a friend told me to look on amazon. sure enough found it!! was pretty easy to snap it on. i did t want to spent a small fortune plus the drive to the benz dealership. for to tell me, we only sell only the fobs. it fit perfectly.

I had to order 3 of these because the first one broke. But they fit my Mercedes keys perfectly. The backs fell off somewhere and I didn’t know you could replace just the back. I was just scrolling through Amazon when I found these. Glad I looked because having no battery cover on my keys was driving me crazy!

This cover doesn’t fit my keys! I had to use tape on the back to keep it on otherwise it wouldn’t stay! I had to keep it because i had to rear cover and need it urgently
