The right tool for the job.
It did what all my other augers could not. I have several different heads, but none of them could maneuver through the pipes well enough to get to the clog. The drop-head was exactly what I needed and saved me a call to the plumber, and we all know that can cost much more than the price of this auger.

Essential for your K-50
It's good to have a drop-head auger in the tool box for back-to-back drains such as with tubs. I would have liked to see a different way of "dropping" the head, however, as it drops about 45 degrees at the most. Perhaps a double ended fulcrum would let it drop more to 60 or 75 degrees.

Broke off in drain
Not very well made or was defective, k400 broke it off in the drain and was due to bad welds. Will need to buy a better one I guess. SMH
