Global GF-32 16cm Chef's Knife

I’m a big fan of global knives but since I first bought one the prices have gone crazy. This is the top of the line model with the “F” in the numbering “GF” meaning forged. The blades are slightly better and the handles bigger and little heavier. It came up on Amazon a a good price and I don’t regret buying it. I have owned a lot of knives and this is up with my favourites as good or better than some costing 2 or 3 time’s as much. There’s a curve to the blade somewhere between a Japanese and European knife so you can cut with a rocking motion or pencil grip, I like the larger handle in my hand although it’s not for small hands. Blade retention is excellent and it’s super easy to own with no wood on the handle and everything being stainless. All round not cheap but truely excellent
