This was great for beginners, but we easily grew out of the exercises

My pro-level training cards
I love these volleyball cards! The large size makes them easy to read. The organized descriptions with benefits and reps for each level are incredibly helpful. They've made my daughter’s training sessions more effective and structured. The premium content, including e-books, articles, plant a tree experience and exercise videos, was extremely well received and is easy to access by scanning the QR code on the back of the box or the extra card inside the box. Definitely a must-have for any player seeking to improve their game!

I saw improvement
This card is a good tool for training serious people who wants to learn and improve their game. After weeks that my High School Daugther use this as Her training aid, I saw few improvements already when it comes to Her posture, agility and how she hit a volleyball. Looking forward for more improvements in the future with the help of this training cards. Will update this review in a few months if I see more improvements in my Daughter's game using this cards.
