Bought this Amazon Basics cat litter mat to replace a much more expensive one that had seen better days, and I'm genuinely impressed with how well this budget option performs. The size (61 x 88.9 cm) is generous enough to cover the area around my cat's litter tray with room to spare. The gray color blends nicely with most floor types and doesn't show dirt as easily as lighter colors might. The material has a slightly rubbery, textured feel that's effective at trapping litter particles as my cat exits the tray. What I appreciate most is how well it catches the tracked litter - you can easily tip the collected bits back into the tray or shake them out. The mat stays put when cats walk across it, which was an issue with my previous thinner mat. It's also soft enough on their paws that my cat doesn't avoid stepping on it. Cleaning is straightforward - a quick shake outside or a vacuum does the trick for regular maintenance. While it's not machine washable, it's easy enough to wipe down when needed. For the price point, this mat punches well above its weight. It may not have all the premium features of expensive alternatives, but it serves its core purpose brilliantly. Great mat, easy to clean with floor wipes, dust pan or hoover. It captures cat litter easily and helps with mess. Arrived swiftly and unfolded easily.

I have a Norwegian forest cat, with huge, furry paws, and he tracks litter around like you would not believe. But this catches a lot of it, and can carry quite a lot in the grooves, preventing the litter from getting further kicked around. Although it can be difficult to remove all the litter from the grooves. It is also easy to clean cat mess off of, and I have had no problem clearing cat poop in the past. It is also easily moved on hardfloor unless weighed down by the litter tray

A good size. Holds a corner litter tray well, with plenty of exit room. The surface of the mat is designed to 'grab' onto any escaping cat litter. It does this well. The cat also uses it as a scratching mat! Easy to vacuum. Has a gripping bottom surface for hard floors. Good value for money.

These mats are great. They are a really good size no help to contain litter tracking. I have two of these and they are perfect. I am considering getting a third one as I currents have 3 litter trays. I would definitely recommend it.

Strong smell when first opened, but is made out of sturdy material so I think this will last us a long time, and the underlay means it doesn't slide around and it's stable. It catches the litter well enough, but when it comes to picking up the mat the litter flies everywhere, defeating the point of the mat. Not able to spot clean it but I have yet to try and machine wash it. I think it's ok, but there are probably better products for comparable prices. My cat also likes to use this to scratch her claws

Really did well picking up all the litter. As soon as I put it down, I noticed a decrease in the litter that was spread on the floor. Super large size that works for me and it lasted long as well. Design isn’t bad on the eyes either. Cat had no qualms with using it.

I was, for ages, using an old doormat as a litter mat for my cat's tray. He's super messy when going to the loo, so I find it easy to have a mat to at least ensure most of the litter isn't going on the carpet. However, I was getting bored of the doormat and wanted something that looked overall a bit nicer so I tried this! And personally, I've got no quarrels so far. Pros: - decently sized - Good quality material (it's made of rubber) - looks good - cat likes to scratch it a bit - due to it being rubber and a bit heavy, it stays put and doesn't move about Cons: - the way the actual surface is, it's got a bunch of holes. I think it's perfectly fine for me - but I use wooden pellet litter. I have a feeling that if you were using classic litter, it'd get stuck inside the mat and be a pain to get out Personally, it's perfect for me!

Es buen tapete pero no me sirvió mucho pues a mi gata no le gustó y lo quitaba pero aún así sirve

This is a good-sized mat that easily catches most of the grains my cat flings outside the litter boxes' immediate perimeter. I like the quality, relative softness, and feel of the PVC mesh material used. This looks like a regular rug whose color helps to mask the scattered gray litter grains.
