Vaello Campos Vaello La Valenciana Enameled Steel Valley Panel Paella Pan, 100 cm, Black

I didn’t want to spend too much on paella pans as I couldn’t be sure how often I’d cook with them but I wanted to make paella having been to Palma last year. I think they’re great value for money, paella’s were delicious and provided the tasty crust (soccarat). It took a bit of extra scrubbing to clean up the pans.

Sturdy and came really quickly, well packed. Although it's a paella pan, I actually bought it to make frittata for 2 and I'd say it's a perfect size for that. I'm also going to try it for upside-down apple (or fruit) pie. I'd say it would make 4 regular (or 2 really huge) portions of that. Suitable for gas hob and oven, though of course the handles get hot in the oven, but that's normal and not a problem. Would recommend this product, and would absolutely buy again if needed.

This is a really decent paella pan. 34cm is the Perfect size for using on a standard hob. Heat is distributed evenly for cooking. Really easy to clean. Can also be used on outdoor camp stove easily.

It's a perfect paella with the right material. Enough for 2 good portions.Make sure you fill it with water after use.

Great product, but unfortunately this is too big for my stove. I find that rice will be cooked in the middle, but won’t be cooked on the outside due to no direct heat.

I ordered the 12cm size thinking that it was 30cm as the item description states that the item dimensions are 30 x 12 x 30 centimetres. Imagine my surprise when the tiny pan arrived which is not even big enough to fry an egg in! I've told Amazon but the incorrect dimensions are still there.

Don’t see the purpose of this pan (15cm) being sold when it’s extremely small and you cannot even cook in it . Had to return it as it’s a waste of money, have kept the 30cm one although it came chipped, not impressed at all with the quality!

Worst buy!!!I bought the large size pan 32" inch, thinking that it will help me to cook large amount in one go.I kept the pan in the oven to cook mince. After 45 mins I started getting burning smell, I rush to Check the food, unfortunately the entire food got burned and only black stuff was left in the pan!!!! I Never used it again.
