Really robust product, not easy to erect but reference to Utube videos does help. My wife says it's great, much better than a rotary clothesline.

I dislike rotary lines and wanted a line which wasn't a feature in my garden. The line fixes to a wall a can be folded down to become unobtrusive. Large enough to hang 2 loads of washing.

The concept is good it’s tidier than a rotary if you’ve got a wall and area that suitable as it folds away. Worked perfectly for about 5 - 6 years. Then started to fall apart and became stiff. Went to buy another to replace it and reminded it supposedly has 10 year guarantee. Took a long time to get through to Hills sent photos. Eventually, response was that they had never known all four arms to fail. Well if that’s their response to claim on guarantee they never are going to acknowledge 4 arms can fail over time are they? Hills did offer to send spare parts but would probably cost me more to hire a handyman to try and fix it than to buy a new folding line. Still contemplating whether or not to buy another in the knowledge that 10 year guarantee is far from no quibble.
