These are the best I have found! They are a little bit longer than any of the others I have purchased since (2012). Which helps them stay in position and feel better cus the bottom seam is positioned past the ball of your foot. So your not walking on the seam, which is painful. Plus the added feature of having a band to go around your heel keeps them in place. The cushion pad is wider and thicker than other brands, so it covers the whole width of the ball of your foot. Feels good, great quality and great price!

I bought this for my Mortons Nuroma pain. The details said they run big so to order down. The first pair I ordered was to tight and I couldn't stand it so I returned and ordered a bigger size. The second pair fit much better. The only problem is the material is thick and won't work with my shoes. I have wide slightly thick feet and these just don't work with shoes. They do work well for walking around the house with no shoes. The construction is very good as is the material. The gel pad on the bottom feels awesome on my feet. I just wish the top part was thinner so I could wear with my shoes.

This product is great to use if you have a stress tear or stress fracture between your metatarsal and toe as it heals. It cushions the area comfortably and you can wear it with socks and shoes.

I do not find gel as a good form of cushion. It feels like a rock that moves around under the foot. A better cushion would be made of some sort of collapsible foam, like foam rubber or perhaps neoprene rubber or maybe memory foam. The gel is a liquid. Liquids do not compress. That is the principal behind hydraulics. So stepping on the gel was very uncomfortable. Thanks for asking. Keep up the research and good work.Steven

This item would be a great product and offer a lot of relief for people struggling with pain in the ball of the feet. And this new design really solve the problem,your toe would not hurt and the heel strap stay this pad in the correct side and on your feet. The inner GEL are much bigger than the same product I try.. Love this design, solve product problem and save my life..

The media could not be loaded. This is huge and not seen or measured correctly. As seen in photos. With my crocs, these wouldn’t even let me foot go in all the way. They are so largely loose and very slippery. Useless. Cant keep since they are huge won’t stay in place and very slippery so cant even choose to skip the line and drive to the ups store for return because these are very slippery if on bare floor but also dont stay on. So loose they slip around. Poorly made. Now i have to take time to return. See pics and video. These need thrown out and re designed to working wearable order instead of wasting peoples time and money

I'm an 9.5 size, so them stay in place.The padding is fine,Nicely packaged. And the price is great for pkg of 2. Stays in place and provides comfort and pain relief.

As far as the padding, yes they work. BUT, they are uncomfortable around the toes. They pinch and hurt.
