It started to sputter once at the end of one can but I was trying to get every last drop of paint. Tips did not clog and no runs down my hands/fingers from the nozzle. I also bought their base coat paint as well as clear coat so we will see how it ends up overall but I do recommend the primer so far. Nice product. However, I have not used it direct to engine block. Based on my experience with its durability and epoxy’s reputation with engine builders I wouldn’t hesitate to use it. This paint has held up against brake fluid ,oil, antifreeze and transmission fluid. Make sure you clean with wax and grease remover before coating. **Q: I have a door panel that has surface rust. Primer and sealers are confusing. Can somemone tell me what primer and sealer to use bf painting?** A: You need to sand it down to get rid of any rust or it will come back and ruin your paint job.
