Great products with this GF flour!
Have used various GF flours but have found this gluten free AP flour works best for my breads, english muffins, etc. I have also purchased the Artisian flour and mixed the two together for a great flour mix!

Good gluten free flour
Bakes better than flours that contain mainly rice flour. Does not go sandy after a day or two. Best I have tried except for mixing my own recipe.

Poor delivery
The USPS delivered this at 1:00 and did not place it on the porch so it got soaked in the pouring rain. Fortunately, the product was okay.

Closest thing I’ve found to all purpose in consistency for gluten free.

Great Texture
I've tried a few brands of gluten free flours for baking and so far Better Batter has provided the closest rise and texture to wheat flour that I've used. Like most gluten free flours it isn't a perfect substitute but I'm a fan, especially for cookies.
