All of the flavors are good not bitter not chalky the cookies and cream taste like off brand freezer burnt ice cream lol the pineapple and chocolate are my fav. I blend mine into a smoothie no use milk for the chocolate and for the pineapple I use some frozen mangos and redbull pretty good. Keeps ur hunger at bay for at least 4-6 hrs and curves my chocolate cravings. Also I like to add a scoop of peanut butter in the chocolate ❤️❤️❤️ I went to the actual website to try other flavors but they were all sold out. Sad.

I think the product taste better than most of what you would find on market. I'm not a big fan of peanut butter so I wish I could of chosen my flavors.

The shakes are delicious but I wish I could just get the shakes. I already have the shaker.

Let’s get into the taste. It came with seven packages, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla flavor, cookies and cream, blueberry cheesecake, strawberries and cream, and then pineapple whipped. From the previous reviews before I purchased, I noticed that a lot of people love the pineapple whipped. I have not tried that flavor yet I wanted to start off with something I knew which was the chocolate peanut butter.The texture is very smooth. It’s not clumpy. It’s not thick if you follow the ratio according to the package, I think you will be fine. I used 12 oz of almond milk and ice. The flavor of the chocolate peanut butter, I don’t really taste the peanut butter, but I do taste the chocolate. You can fix this if you want more peanut butter flavor. I would use PB peanut butter powder.Energy level, I don’t know how it’s going to affect me because it’s my first day of trying it. I’m assuming it would be like any other protein powder.The value is excellent plus they you the shaker cup for free.This is a great way to try something new overall I give it four stars only because the slightest bit of aftertaste.The nutrients it had 5 g of net carbs 2 g of sugar with no added sugar and 20 g of protein. This is for the chocolate peanut butter. The rest are pretty much the same however I do notice on the back of a couple of them. There may be one to 2 grams of added sugar and majority of them do not have added sugar overall I’m pretty pleased with the with the meal replacement from Transform HQ.

I was a little skeptical at first. I thought it would not taste good as most of these products don’t. Or that I would have stomach problem's, like I’ve gotten from other products. To my surprise and delight they taste amazing and no stomach issues. They all taste good and I’m pretty picky. I was also full and it did help me not eat after like I always do. Takes time to adjust to our eating patterns but this is a good step towards that. I wasn’t perfect first week with skipping a meal and I did snack, but got better as the week went on. Going into my second week and am using solely as a replacement meal. I have now purchased the larger quantities and will see how it goes. But so far so good and I have to say I look forward to them.
