I bought this pillow five months ago. I took it for a hospital stay for shoulder replacement. It's sized for a female, I believe. I am 5'3 and it's the exact right size. Easy to use. I used it for positioning Post op. Helpful to sleep with for support. The material is soft. It comes with a strap to wear for support. It gets softer with time. The pillow cover has a zipper so you can remove and clean the cover. The pillow is removable. An added bonus..... you can prop your cell phone on it.I feel that I got a good value.

Works for a stroke victim's arm to help support it. Not too big for a woman.

I have rotator cuff tear, and having the soft support of this pillow that is easy to carry on all day and night,help me to easy the discomfort of my condition.The size is ok for any person build and it looks ok

I actually bought another one. I liked it so much. I don’t know that I used it as much for my rotator cuff surgery, but it made the perfect neck pillow while I was in the recliner recovering from surgery. I love it. It’s soft and I think it’s the perfect size.

This looks MOSTLY like the photo. It is Very soft. I just wish is was squishier. It is kinda flat, at least compared to the photo. But it still works and is comfy. Someone who doesn't have a should problem but wants something to rest their arms on while sitting anywhere, this is for you!

Weird shape but it is helpful after shoulder surgery. Now I use it in the car to protect my shoulder from the seatbelt strap.

I really liked the idea of this item itself, but the workmanship on the pillow case is very shoddy. The pillow and case are nice and soft, but there is a hole in the pillow case at one end of the zipper and the pillow case was also missing a loop for the strap on the back, so there was nothing to clip the strap onto at the back. The whole point of me buying this item was so I would have a pillow that could be "strapped" to me so when I moved during sleep it wouldn't fall off of the bed and I wouldn't roll over onto my broken arm. I just went ahead and made a hole in the back piece, because it's urgent that I use it. But I'm very disappointed.
