Buzzfeed article influenced and I’m so glad it did
Brought this after seeing a buzzfeed article ok it being able to remove limescale from a toilet and it does.Hardly any scrubbing and it worked great. I did find where I was using it on the corners they have gone flat so it now looks slightly less like a rectangle. Will definitely repurchase for the grill and will keep them separate :D

If only I could use this on anything!
This product is AMAZING. For the cost it should be considered a necessity for any under kitchen sink cupboard. I had an oven tray and oven which despite being less than 2 years old, was already suffering from intense black carbon splodges - the type that seem impossible to remove and look like they have permanently fused with the main oven!I actually came across the idea to use pumice stones from American cleaning videos on youtube and couldn't quite believe the results they were getting - truly living the American dream. Up to this point I had used most things and resigned myself to the fact that the oven was as clean looking as it was going to get. Once I started using the pumice stone on the oven tray I knew magic was happening. The black marks were coming off with some light pressure, effectively wet sanding - within minutes the whole tray was spotless and incredibly the pumice looked barely used. No marks on the rest of the tray - this really is the real deal in terms of cleaning those seemingly impossible burnt/carbonised oven stains!

This damaged our barbecue grill
Be careful when cleaning barbecue grill with this! This cleaning block has completely ripped out the anti-rust coating on our BBQ!!Took the grease off the grill, however disintegrates really quickly and took all silver coating off and just left it with rust and the grill had only a few uses. Would not recommend as a barbecue cleaner.

BEYOND BELIEF
Okay, where in the WORLD has this product been all my life. No joke, it has managed to demolish what must be years of baked on food and charcoal from my oven grill in practically 10 minutes (I live in a rented house where I imagine this duty was bottom priority beforehand). The pumice block erodes as you work it so it's super malleable to the shape of whatever it is you're cleaning; be advised that it would be a once/twice usage per purchase due to the fact that the stone does erode as you work it.HOWEVER, with the price being what it is and the results it has delivered I am going to keep coming back to it every single time.10/10 - super easy to use, great price point, effective beyond belief.

Surprised by how quick it worked!
I have been struggling for years to clean the build up on my toilet, the stuff that sits under the waterline and no amount of bleach or scrubbing with a toilet brush will shift. I once tried to use a scouring pad but that scratched the enamel, so didnt use it again. I read a review of this product and thought I'd give it a try. I WAS AMAZED. The difference between the two photos was 10 minutes, max. I didnt have to rub hard (I was worried about scratching the surface, but it was fine) and flushed a couple of times during cleaning as the water got too cloudy to see properly. You can see the difference! This is a brilliant product and I still have loads of the block left.

Will get limescale off toilet bowl. More like a stone than a sponge
This dislodged some limescale or whatever it was under the water line that had proved resistant to cleaning tablets. The picture of it on the grill might give you the impression it's a sponge-like material that will conform to whatever you're using it on. It won't. It's like a stone. It will erode a bit but it doesn't flex. It's fairly big and you will want to cut it down before you use it on a toilet if you want to get into the bend... You can cut it with an old hacksaw blade or similar but I think you'd struggle to snap it and I'm not sure you'd get through it with scissors either

Cleaned up a horrible loo brilliantly!
We moved house and the loo in the bathroom was stained and caked with limescale. Over the last two years we’ve tried everything to improve it. Nothing seemed to make any difference to it, and I’d pretty much given it up as a lost cause. I figured we’d just have to ‘live with it’ until we could afford to replace the whole bathroom suite. So when I saw the Buzzfeed article for this being good on stubborn loos, I thought I’d risk a few quid to give it a shot. I’m glad I did! The loo now looks so much better, not perfect, but a solid 8/10 clean and no longer horrifically embarrassing. It only took about ten minutes of scrubbing (remember to buy rubber gloves if you’re going to use it on a toilet rather than a bbq!) and voilá! Worth every penny. Wish I’d found this two years ago.
