Great Taste
The cola is wonderful the shape of product upon delivery not so good this time. There were 2 bottles broken had to been in transit. Still a wonderful product by Fever Tree Distillers

Great product but horrible packaging
Love the product but the shipping and packing was 0/5 stars. There box arrived without any padding inside the box. One of the glass bottles was empty. The bottle did not have a bottle cap on it. Fortunately none of the glass bottles arrived broken.

The cola product is wonderful.
This is a delicious way to enjoy cool sparingly. We cut it with soda water and plentiful ice so we're not having a lot of sugar and it's very refreshing that way and still tastes plenty great. My only complaint and it is NOT the product or fever tree is that the last time we ordered several four packs two of the bottles broke since Amazon loaded them in with a metal product. I'm glad it was only two bottle as it was a broken glass sticky mess. We're ordered previously and Fever Tree packaged these like for a trip over Niagra Falls. Plenty of bubble wrap. Just don't add a jacking tool to the box. GRRRR.

Love this cola!
This is the best cola I've ever had. Not too sweet and wonderfully fizzy. It's a little pricey, but so worth it. I generally sip it as a chaser when I'm drinking bourbon, but also enjoy having one by itself. I was also really impressed with the packaging. Fever Tree took great care to make sure the glass bottles arrived safely.

Overpriced - Ok product- Horrible customer service
This is not a product review - the cola is OK but overpriced. I ordered it previously, and the product was delivered to my address I purchased during the July sale at a very good price - product was delayed - delayed - now a refund that was not asked for. Why not send a new product if it was lost, broken, etc? This has been happening a bit more frequently. I have purchased products on sale, and they are delayed to the point where you just don't get the product even though they are still selling it on Amazon. If it is happening to me, it is definitely happening to other people. Complain to Amazon about companies that don't honor their pricing. I'm done with this company and others like them. I'll start looking outside of Amazon if this keeps up.
