Easy to swallow, good formula.

I was skeptical about these. Not alot of information available on this company. I was nervous about the brand im not gonna lie. I did send an email requesting product info, still waiting. I did end up trying one capsule after a full meal and I did notice a difference from the first dose. It's been 3 days and and so far so good. Not sure if I would buy again, I'm still doing research on this specific supplement coQ10. But for now I will continue to take one capsule daily after a meal. I will come back for an update if anything changes.
