My son lost his left arm in an UTV accident. This has been a game changer for him. He has a determination that is impressive to say the least. He loves to cook and be part of the day to day kitchen activities. This cutting board allows him to be able to help and prep, while giving a sense of freedom. Thank you!! This is an awesome addition to our kitchen.

Love that my fingers don't get punctured by sharp spikes that were with previous cutting boards I had. Holds foods well and keeps them stable with the use of clamps. Easy cleanup too. At first glance, edges seemed low to the surface for buttering bread, but seemed ok once I tried it. Overall, good product and easier to use. Great for a one handed person like me.**UPDATE**I used the vegetable peeler to prepare my dinner, and unfortunately sliced the cuticle and edge of the nail on my index finger, causing it to bleed. Fortunately it wasn't a serious bleed, the blade is extremely sharp, which is good for the potato, but not for my finger. Will need to put a fingertip protector on my fingers the next time I use the peeler.
