Remote does not work
Had this for a month still don’t understand the settings . As the remote doesn’t work and it’s hard to understand the front settings . So I just use whatever comes setting comes up . Not sure what I’m supposed to feel . But it feels good while using it . Just wish the instructions were more clear

This so far is very good. No noise to me. It does take the pain away from my legs when I am on my feet all day. Workouts are good on this product.

FEELS GREAT
I was very very skeptical with these vibration plates, I thought this was a blast from the past idea like the vibrating belt machine people claimed helped them lose weight. Weight loss is not what attracted me to this machine, I work from home and sit A LOT. When I am not working I like to relax and read or watch a movie which again requires me to sit A LOT. My calves and legs have become painful that my concern for blood clots grew and I know I need to get up and move but sometimes you cannot always do that while working remotely.So I was looking to test this out for my circulation, cellulite, and overall muscle pain. So far I cannot complain, I have really, really enjoyed this vibrating plate, not to mention it is also a great foot massager for my husband after a long day in the shop. There was no clear instructions as far as do this if you are looking to help with this, just basic instructions to get you up and running, so you may need to do a little internet research on what this can actually do for you and what you need to do to achieve it.Overall great find for me, very happy I was given the opportunity to give it a shot and my circulation in my legs just feel a lot better. I have definitely made it a higher priority to take walking breaks or use a walking pad while working to get better circulation to my feet and legs, would highly recommend this vibration plate!

Great exercise
Really cool device. Relieves pain and my anxiety. Will definitely have your legs shaking after using it for a good minute.
