Bought this ages ago and still love it. Whenever I feel exhausted or achey, I lie on it and I'm guaranteed a great night's sleep. It's also great when you need a boost of energy. Simply put your feet on the mat and you'll feel the difference straight away. Such a healthy, natural way to heal your body and mind. As for aiding weight loss, I'm not sure if you'll necessarily see a huge difference but if you're considering purchasing this mat, you're probably already aware of the importance of cleansing your body from within and how that can affect bodyweight. I like to use it to wind down in the evenings or after pilates or yoga.

I notice after 5 minutes I feel relaxed. I breathe more deeply and somehow my body becomes relaxed. I've had bad trauma since childhood and this literally grounds me to the earth and allows me to let go of pain (possibly emotional flashbacks). I reckon my muscles tighten up from trauma that is frozen and this mat seems to allow that stuck energy to flow. Highly recommended. Amazing piece that is worth the money. I use this every night before bed while reading or watching TV on the sofa.

Not cheap but excellent quality and my wife uses it multiple times a day and it's making a huge difference to her tense back and shoulders. Recommended.

Not quite what we expected.Surface area of mat is much smaller than anticipated.Rather painful, which we expected to a degree, but cannot seem to get through that barrier and beyond to find out if this will be a beneficial aid longer term.

Non avevo il mal di schiena, ma sapevo che avrebbe aiutato a rilassare i muscoli. Ha veramente migliorato la qualità della vita, migliorata la circolazione, diminuita la ritenzione idrica ed è fantastico per rilassare i muscoli a fine giornata!

Hola, la verdad que al principio desconfiaba en comprarla o No por el dinero que era, pero al primer momento cuando lo compré como casi todo el mundo decimos "leche esto pincha", pero cuando pasa el tiempo y te acostumbras es una maravilla hasta tal punto que me he quedado dormida encima de ella. Mis beneficios más notados son:1. El sueño más profundo, no he padecido tal punto de insomnio pero si que podía levantarme alguna vez que otra a lo largo de la noche.2. Los dolores menstruales se han eliminado a un 95% y ya no es necesario el tomo de medicación para calmarlos.3. Los dolores de espalda han desaparecido de manera regular, aunque el cansancio y el estrés siempre afecta el tema de los dolores y constracturas ya no es regular como habitualmente, cabe decir que he sido intervenida de la espalda por lo que valoro mucho que los dolores de espalda no sean regulares.
