Awesome dashcam and absolutely tremendous customer service
I purchased the F7N Pro over a year ago in May 2025. I wanted to wait to review it as I didn’t know how it would work out over time. Today, I can say that I am very pleased with this dashcam's reliability, longevity, functions, ease of use, and video quality. The front videos are very clear and crisp, while the rear video is sufficient for what it needs to do.I purchased the dashcam mainly to document my driving, just in case I got into an accident, or needed a video record for whatever reason. I don’t look/watch the videos that often but every once in awhile I’ll pull the SD card to check to make sure the cam is working fine.I recently thought I had an issue with the rear cam videos and contacted REDTIGER customer support. After a little trouble shooting, updating firmware, and actually testing with another rear camera, it looked like the main unit was the culprit. With that, and even after a year after my purchase, REDTIGER shipped me a new F7N Pro, which is in the mail right now.Without going much into the actual issue, it turned out the F7N was NOT to blame, but instead an older graphics driver on my laptop that caused video artifacts on “only” the rear camera video files. After updating the graphics driver, the artifacts disappeared and all video files played as they should with no issues. I then tested the videos on my other 2 computers, and all videos played fine. The issue was definitely the outdated graphics driver. Strange that only the F7N rear cam videos were affected, as no other media files on any of my computers showed any artifacts.I have posted pictures for reference, but remind everyone that the sawtooth artifacts shown are caused by an old graphics driver on my laptop, and NOT the F7N Pro dashcam. If you happen to see these artifacts, update you video drivers.I cannot begin to state how pleased I am with how REDTIGER’s customer service handled the entire ordeal. They were courteous, polite, and responsive. They were prompt with replying to emails, and it generally felt good to be able to communicate my issues with someone who seemed to care about what was going on. REDTIGER appears to be a class-act company when it comes to customer care and I rate them 100 stars for their efforts! Shout out to Emma, who was my CS rep. She was simply awesome! As it is, I will refuse delivery of the replacement F7N Pro when it gets here as nothing is wrong with the one I have. I love this dashcam and am very happy with it! I highly recommend the F7N Pro, and REDTIGER!

Impressive Clarity and Quality – Better Than Systems Twice the Price!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this dashcam absolutely deserves recognition. The video clarity and overall build quality of this system are truly outstanding — far better than I expected, especially given the affordable price. Both the front and rear cameras capture clear footage. The details are sharp and license plates are easily readable. Most systems struggle to read license plates unless you are located immediately behind the vehicle in front of you, but this system I can see license plates at a reasonable distance, which is something you typically only find in systems that cost much more. Setup was straightforward, the app works seamlessly, and the materials feel solid and durable. If you're looking for a dashcam that delivers professional-level video quality without breaking the bank, this is it. It's hands down one of the best purchases I've made recently. Highly recommend!

Practical , good video quality .
Front and back dash cam .Easy to installBeen a year still good.Got another and installed that too.Rav 4 GangApp interface is kinda clunky so use a micro sd adapter for a computer to pull data if needed .Wish it saved the cam angle I use most ( rear)But clicking 3 buttons ain’t so bad.

Great budget dash cam but I wish I had opted for the more expensive one.
This is a great dash cam. I am just disappointed that it’s incredibly ancient in its technology. Trying to do anything at all is like using the Garmin gps thing that used to go on your dash in the 90’s. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It was easy to install, it took me probably 30 minutes. I replaced the sd card with a 256gb just because I drive across the country pretty regularly and this seemed like a good way to be prepared. The screen is extremely small, but in a way it’s good because it’s unobtrusive. The WiFi is spotty, the app is ok. I just got an Anker sd card reader but I haven’t used it yet to get anything onto my phone. We’ll see. I added a polarized lens which was one of the reasons I chose this. You’d be surprised what that does to the images. It wasn’t expensive, either. All in all, this is a great budget dash cam, but expect it to be like the olden days in the beginning of the internet in terms of commands & ease of use.I’m keeping it simply because it’s one of those things I have in place to be prepared and sort of set it & forget it. As one does.

Nice cameras, easy to use, good video quality.
This is a well designed dash cam that takes good quality video. The buttons and menu system are very intuitive and easy to use. Simple yet has all the features you could want. I like the fact that it mounts with strong adhesive pads, and not those troublesome unreliable suction cups. The included cords and mounts are generous and good quality. The rear camera is small and unobtrusive. It is 1080p, while the front can do 2.7 and 4K.The instruction booklet that comes with it is excellent. Very complete and easy to understand. Obviously written by someone with very good English. The price seems very reasonable for all you get ( includes an SD card as well.)So far working as advertised. I'm happy with it.

Functionality Great, Quality Great, Battery life Great, Rear Camera Great, Durability Great. Audio is great you have the option to turn on or offWIFI connectivity Good! It does take a little While(15min give or take) to download your videosVideo quality Great! Once the video downloads you are able to read license plates. In the video I uploaded was a screen recording so it wasn't Great but you can still make out the license number.

How come a plastic bag doesn't prevent crushed boxes?
Dash cam itself is a fine product. No complaints here. The first unit I purchased in 2021 and has served us well. The problem is Amazon and their very inadequate packaging. This the fourth DAMAGED item I have received in the last six months. When will they learn you do not ship delicate electronic items in a plastic bag? Then they act like they are saving the world by not using a box. How much fuel do they use picking up damaged items? JEFF BEZOS has stated Amazon will eventually go bankrupt sooner or later. I think it will be sooner than he thinks. See the attached pictures. Notice the internal box is crushed also.

Memory card
The dash cam itself works well and the video quality is good. However, the memory card that was advertised as included was missing from the package. Since the seller did not resolve the issue, I had to purchase a memory card separately.

Works well. Exceptional Customer Service
Cameras seem fine so far, although the redtiger player makes the front cam look like 1080 instead of 4k. Using Media Player though is a lot more crisp so think it's just their app player that's not as good. The cameras are pretty clear and I have already been using them for a few days now with no problems. Just messaged about a hardwire kit for the 24H parking mode so will update once I have it. Took about an hour to run all the cables but setup was pretty easy. More than enough cable length and the SD card is sufficient enough. A bit fiddly with having to turn WIFI on the camera and all the connecting required to view videos on the app on my phone. So I just take the SD card out and put it in my PC instead. Much easier.EDIT** Customer Support sent me a hardwire kit which is now installed. Works perfectly! 5 stars

if you need a 4k Starviz2 dashcam this is the one to buy.
After lots of online comparisons I settled on this RedTiger F7N pro 4k Starviz2 dash cam. the package arrived in a very premium box (think flagship mobile phone). The dashcam is a discreet size with a bright easy to see screen. I tried it and set it up on mt desk before very easily installing it in my Range Rover Evoque. Very easy to install this one sticks to a clear plastic film you place inside the windscreen. Despite the heat wave it has stayed in place with no sign of becoming loose like a sucker might, I tried it alongside my existing 1080p camera for a few days. The user interface is 3 buttons on the right and one on the left very intuitive to use. It has wireless connection to you phone to view footage either on your phone or on the dashcam itself and using their app you can also zoom in on footage to collect detail. I compared the footage on my pc straight from the memory card to my old camera and the RedTiger is outstandingly clear in all light conditions. I have removed my old camera as the redtiger is so much better it makes the old camera pointless. I can not only see number plates very clearly but also the faces of the drivers. I am about to fit the hardwired kit to protect the car when I am parked as it will capture any incident in clear detail front and back when the car is locked. The Starviz 2 image processing is as clear as my phone video would be in day light. I will report back when I have more night time footage and have fitted the hardwire kit. If you are after a clear easy to use high quality dash cam with brilliant customer service this IS the one to buy. I have also fitted it with a 256g memory card ( Kingston Canvas Select Plus microSD Card SDCS2/512 GB Class 10) so should have way over 12 hours live video stored before it overwrites anything. The parking sensor will record only when it detects something or you can set it to time lapse 1 frame per second record. the GPS function can show where the footage was recorded and speed if required

Good picture quality and easy installation
Purchased and installed for my partner. Easy to install and set up. No problems since installation some weeks ago. Picture quality of both front and rear cameras is very good. Having used other brands of in car cameras I think this is the best buy to date for me.

Nice piece of kit, decent price, when reduced, delivery in time, filly boxed, needs larger sd card.
