First and foremost, I read from another review that drinking coffee after taking this completely masks it. That is not true. Do not have coffee with this. It tasted like vomit. I audibly said, "Oh my god, ew!?"That being said! The flavor (gummy bears) is meh. Plug your nose, take it like a shot, chase it with some kind of fruity drink, and it might as well have been water. I follow it with a cherry slush Alani and don't taste it at all.Anyway! This works well and does a good job of curbing appetite. It doesn't give you jittery energy or anything like that. I take it in the morning and then in the mid-afternoon when I get home from work. I can't speak for the long-term effects quite yet.Tldr: Do not take it with coffee. I would recommend it otherwise!

Good product but the taste is horrendous!!!! I’ve taken liquid l-carnitine many times in the past, and honestly, this is the worst tasting brand I’ve purchased. If you can get past the taste, then everything else is golden.

I've lost 4 pounds in one week. Mind you this product isn't going to get you shredded magically, you have to put in the work still. Meaning a calorie deficit and a decent workout regiment for your body type is what gets you results. You can "lock in" to get the best results, but like any fat burning/metabolism booster supplement if you're daily intake revolves around high carbs & sugars like most procrastinators (me being one prior to this btw) don't expect any progress.

Not bad, super sour taste does give you some energy

I kept seeing the ads on Facebook for L-Carnitine, and all the skinny dudes with flat guts. I was dubious of its effectiveness, but ordered a bottle. The first month, I did not see any substantive results. I am into my 2nd bottle now, and the weight is starting to come off. I have dropped like 5 pounds so far. I am excited to continue taking the daily dose and will continue to buy the product until I get where I want to be. I recommend trying this. PATIENCE is the keyword here, however. The longer you take it, the better the result. I will report back after I finish off my 2nd bottle in a few weeks.

tastes like straight up chemicals or some kind of cleaner. i normally use ghost’s product called burn but at $50 a tub i wanted to try something that was cheaper. i regretted it as soon as i tasted it, to each their own though!
