On a '03 Grand Marquis combo CD, Cassette and Radio. Well made, robust tool.
Be AWARE: The mentioned radio unit requires this tool which has a 'notched' end.Similar tools have a smooth, 'bullet' end, and will not lock in on the release tabs so the unit can be pulled out.Notches face toward the center of the radio, then press both the 'U's outward, and pull.My unit came right out as needed. As for reinstalling the radio... the tools must be removed first, otherwise, the tool won't release to be removed.Maybe I didn't do something properly, but I tried pushing the 'U's opposite of tab release direction, but they remained in the 'engaged' position, and would not withdraw. While the radio is out, use a small screwdriver or pick pushed between the tool's smooth, unnotched part of the shaft and the metal tab that is engaged in the tool's 'notch', and the tab will clear the notch, and the tool will pull free.

Check for Holes
Looks like well-made, good quality car radio removal tools. However, unlike most other Ford and Lincoln models, my radio did not have the 4 holes for using these pins, so I didn't need these car radio removal tools when removed my OEM radio from my older Lincoln Continental. So these tools now reside in my tool my bin, for use on a different vehicle at a later time.

Perfect size
Used these to pull the factory stereo from a 98 Ford, these were the perfect size. Fit in the oem slots and was able to remove the stereo without any damage and get a new head unit installed. Just push and pull.
