Runs fine in the walther ppk/s
Recently bought a Walther PPK/S and bought some of these snap caps for home training. They work well and cycle easily. I'm not sure about the durability yet, time will tell.

Very upscale product!
Okay, I haven’t tried them as 22LR snap-caps yet BUT I have never seen ANY snap-caps packaged like this: replacement rubber “caps” together with a proper little tool to remove worn out “caps” and all put together in a foam-bottom metal case with sliding top— I mean come on! Who does it like this? I realize their use of replaceable rubber caps is kinda their thing but these look great. I hope they live up to the expectation they’ve created in me. This is a company that wants my business! Update: Okay, i guess it turns out there are other companies that produce similar 22LR snap caps but this is still an extremely nice product. Biggest problem is not with the snap caps but with the fact that you have to cycle the action of the pistol every time you want to cock it to fire it as opposed to just drawing back a hammer or the action on a Glock that allows a tiny movement of the slide to re-cock the pistol. So, no diminished value of the stars for this product just the realization that, at least with a Ruger Mark I, II, III IV pistol cycling the action every time you want to pull the trigger to dry fire is just not conducive to enjoyable dry firing.

Be kind to your firing pins
Great for dry firing and teaching the misses how the firearm works before shooting live rounds

They're more than good.

Good purchase.
I have not tried many 22lr options but this one is pretty good. I rotate the cap to prevent excess flattening on edges. The rim will break off eventually but I view these es expendable items. Great for testing and safety. No issues feeding.

For trigger practice
For practicing trigger control on a .22lr they're great. You obviously have to cycle the slide each time you pull, but otherwise, they seem to be doing what they're designed for. If your gun isn't clean you'll have to wipe some gun powder off the rubber ends.

EDIT 2025/08/05: After seeing my review, the seller Gordon reached out to me to see if I would test a new TPU material they're using on the base of their 22LR snap caps to see if it would resolve the problems. He sent me replacement bases free of charge. I tested the new snap cap bases, and I'm happy to report that they work GREAT! I tested the snap caps in the same 22LR RIA Feather rifle, and all 5 magazines manually fed and ejected the dummy rounds without issue! And none of the magazine followers got stuck like they did with the old gummy rubber either - everything was very smooth! I give 5 STARS for the current version of this product, and 5 STARS for the amazing service and customer care by GORTAR. Thanks, Gordon! ***************** I have the .223 and 12 gauge versions of these snap caps, and those are great. BUT these .22LR ones are really not that great. The problem is that the orange rubber cover on the base thickens the base just enough to cause ejection problems. The orange rubber cover also extends very slightly over the edge of the round's base, causing these rounds to stick in magazines and fail to feed. For these reasons they're useless for dry fire practice or running drills. They're ideal for practicing to clear jams though! For the record, these experiences were on A RIA TM-22 Feather rifle. All 5 mags and the firearm itself feed and cycle live Federal ammo, so it's the snap caps causing the problems.

Complete waste of money. Bought these so my wife could learn how to use the safety and cycling for a lever action 22 lr. We were able to cycle through firing twice, then they jammed loading into the chamber as well as sticking inside the magazine tube. So for 30 bucks we got to use them twice. Cheaper to just go to the range and use real ammo.
