I have not tried it on the highest power, doesn't seem to be needed.I am really pleased with this device. My only concern long term would be how to get replacement tips and so on, as they don't seem to be on sale on this site, but for now I am keeping it all scrupulously clean and it's working well for me.

I much prefer this method compared to the old traditional way of poking the wax with a cotton bud stick which often results in pushing the wax further in.The device is very simple to operate and comes with everything you require and instructions to guide you should you require them. The soft silicone ear bud is soft and gentle and feels fine in your ear. I fill the reservoir before I use each time with warm tap water as recommend and then wash away the wax.I have found the best way to use this for me is to use each time I am in the shower and this way it doesn't matter about the water and wax coming out as it just washes away, this is much easier than trying to do it at a sink.This is a clean and effective way to clean my ears and the device works great. It charges via a usb cable and battery seems to last well on it too and I get several cleans from one charge.
