As mentioned in the title, this really works. It comes with three balls and I'm almost ready for the third one. Within a day after using it, my lungs are becoming clearer with excess mucus being expelled. I'm really surprised on how quickly it works, how easy it is to use and to keep clean. The plastic mouthpiece slips open when you removing it from your mouth. Constant snap back into place. Not good. Save your money.

Easy to use, will need frequent use to see if it helps. Very handy size.
