Useless in 6 months
In 6 months, the product is useless and does not retain heat. Though all contigo products come with a 1 year warranty there is no way to claim that in India. Absolute waste of Money! Stay away until the brand fixes this in India.

Liquid does not stay hot for more than 2 hours
Thermo quality is not at all good. The leak proof feature and cap are everything fine but the liquid does not stay hot for more than 2 hours. Tried filling hot water, coffee, tea etc. very disappointed.
