Old chocolate, Doesn’t melt, bad taste.
Followed directions on bag, chocolate just gets thicker the more intervals you do. Chocolate comes in the old Wilton packaging they don’t even make anymore. Chocolate wafers were crumbly, very white and had a gross old taste. Very unhappy, waste of money.

Would not melt
Have used this exact product/brand for several years to make candies at Christmas. Have never before had any issue, the product melted correctly, hardened correctly on the candy, and the taste was great. This product was defective in that it would not melt into a smooth consistency, but instead went into a grainy paste. We tried the microwave and stove top (as per directions), the melts would not melt. As stated, it transformed into a very thick unusable paste only, with a grainy texture to sight and touch. Food items cannot be returned, but gratefully Amazon processed a refund.
