Did not heat up so sent for return. Listing states free return, false statement as I had to pay the return postage. Item posted back yet still waiting refund... also received a message "would I like a full refund"... Well yes!!! I wonder if I will see my money.

The only area that heats up is the back!It says it has various ares and shows on the picture in particular 2 areas on the front…..
