Excellent audio quality
Very comfortable and light to wear. the build quality is good with metal hinges and headband. Audio quality is superb and better than Audio Technica ATM 50 and Shure 840. They need a decent headphone DAC to reveal their potential e.g. Ifi UNO at least. Driven properly the phones will reveal clean infra bass with no upper bass bloat as with other phones. The audio presentation is almost clinically accurate but never harsh.

Great Headphones
I had been looking for a decent set of headphones to listen to vinyl with for a while. Had ordered a couple of cheaper pairs and sent back due to poor sound. More than happy with these. 3 metre detachable cable is great , very comfy on and sound quality is great - recommend for all you vinyl lovers

Ridiculously good
I’m not generally a fan of closed back headphones but sometimes they are a necessity. I bought these for the times when I need sound isolation, based on reviews and expecting them to be decent for their price. They turned out to be way better than decent with a gloriously clear sound that I can listen to for hours.Build quality and finish are excellent for the price and they are light and comfortable too. I have owned closed back phones that cost twice the price of these that were nowhere near as good to my ears. I was also astonished to hear details that even my Grado’s don’t reveal. They may be a little bit bright to some but to my 60 year old ears the balance is fine and distortion seems to be very low.I highly recommend them.

Improved sound quality from previous model.
Don't go for Hi-X15 because I have just upgraded from Hi-X15 to the Hi-X20. After using Hi-X15 for 2 years. The sounds quality of the Hi-X15 is very good at the price point. But the newer Hi-X20 make the sound quality of Hi-X15 sound just good. The newer model makes it better in sound quality, from very good to excellent.Zero feedback on over the ears hearing aids compared to the older model, so improvement.Only bad thing is poor sound isolation from outside loud noise.More defined bass guitar in rock music compared to previous model which is the best improvement. You need to change the EQ to stop it getting to bright in the mix and hear the vocals clearly. The thing that improved in the newer Hi-X20 is more defined high ends and low ends, slightly flat mids, closer ear cups, and louder sounds. While keeping the same technology as the Hi-X15. Moderate improvements but worth it.Please note that they need about 20 hours of running in before settling as the previous model. (Or 1 -2 weeks)Using Apple music hi-res music, Fii0 KA5 DAC Amp and the Headphones with over the ears hearing aids on TV/music at home settings for maximum appreciation of music and using audiobooks, podcast, DVDs, Blu-rays and YouTube.
