I was hesitant about these but they are better than what I expected! The song is correct, amd the picture looks good! I ordered as gifts and they both work. The whole song plays from start to finish. Great gift!

I purchased two, one for each of my nieces. The photos of them and their spouses turned out great. Their first dance wedding songs were recorded nicely as well. One is louder than the other, but still good. I got teary eyed when it played and I saw their beautiful faces….I can only imagine what THEY will feel like once they receive them for Christmas. I purchased three of these.One of them was scratched. I tried to notify the seller, but it says non returnable or refundable. I will not have time to replace this before christmas.Quality is not great. The picture is fine, but the sound is a little muffled.They use a shipping carrier that takes absolutely forever to receive it. I've had trouble with this shipping company before with other products. Last time it took almost 2 and a 1/2 months to receive it. I finally gave upAnd canceled it, and the item still never showed up. That is with the shipping company, though, not this seller!

Loved everything about it, but no volume control. Music too loud for speakers, so they crackled. Also need to have warning for photo used. Mine worked, even with several people in photo, luckily. It would be nice to see a preview.

My pictures came out nice (it’s on the other side of the box), the shipping was FAST, the packaging is great and price is amazing. My husband loves it and wants one for every family member! He said this is the best small and thoughtful Christmas gift I’ve ever done. I’ve done A LOT of customized gift too, he loves that he plays music!Thank you so much!!

I think this is great. I gave it a 3 only because you cannot lower the volume and the picture quality could have been better. Although, it could have been that my picture quality that I used was not the best. Not sure

Great idea in theory but the sound quality that comes from this product is so bad you won’t want to hit play.

I was a bit sceptical when personalising as the photo was square and the vinyl is circular. However it has arrived on firest estimated day of delivery. Very well packaged and absolutely beautiful. I didnt upload the best picture (it was from the 80's) but still it came absolutely perfect! I am so happy thank you so much!
