After reading the easy to follow instructions it took me 20 minutes to assemble, everything comes in the box. Walker is very sturdy with excellent brake system for safety, the front swivel wheels make it easy to maneuver, the seat is ample and well cushioned for comfort, the under seat storage bag is big enough to hold necessary essentials. Walker is extremely easy to fold for transport just have to lift one strap under seat.

Excellent! Breaks are easy to use and easy to set. Smooth and height is nice to adjust. Seat is wide and comfortable. The wheels don't scrape like the other Walker with only two wheels. The velcro is really thin to fold up The rollator bought two small velcro straps that are wider to use. Convenient handle located in seat easy to pull up and fold use for outdoor indoor and trips to appointments. Love that it has a seat that works really well for my mom. Also bought clips that velcro to the sidebars to hang small bags on for large drink cup. Also great storage area for purse and other things under seat . Very happy with purchase. We bought the red one.

Magnificent product, well packaged.Pretty much easy to assemble, must follow directions. Actually READ the instructions, bit just glimpse the book and follow along. Also it comes with spare knob, one of each. Which is nice, so safe keep or take to bottom of basket. The wheels are indeed bigger than standard. Our previous one the wheels stayed falling apart in pieces. This ONe is much nicer for less that many.

This is the BEST walker we have had, for a family member.A couple of things:1. You have to remove the little black "stoppers" from the bottoms of the sturdy tubes, before installing the legs. That was NOT noted in the instructions; we just figured it out.2. They gave us a couple of extra bolts for the legs and seat - thank you!3. In the instructions, there are two #4 instructions, so someone doesn't know how to go: #1, #2, #3, #4, etc. Not a big deal!The person using it is tall, and about 200+ lbs. It is really sturdy, easy to use on carpet OR tile, and the brakes work beautifully.VERY happy with our purchase. It is strong, easy to fold up, and rolls smoothly.

I didn't think I'd need to use one at 23 years old but here we are. I have several disabilities and chronic health issues which resulted in me buying a cane last year, but unfortunately, it just wasn't enough, so I decided to buy this rollator. Needless to say, I wish I bought this sooner! For the price I paid, this rollator is surprisingly very good quality and sturdy! I settled with the red color and I am OBSESSED. It's more of a burgundy color but I LOVE burgundy so I don't mind it at all. I also managed to stuff my comforter and pillows on there when I needed to change my bedsheets and NOTHING FELL OFF OF IT. That's how sturdy it is. It was so easy to assemble on my own and I love how functional it is. I'm a midsized gal so I got some wide hips, and this rollator's width fits me perfectly! My hips and thighs do not hug the bars when I sit down, and the seat is comfy! The handlebars are also ergonomic, which makes the rollator comfortable and easy to hold. I haven't felt any joint stiffness or cramping when holding the rollator.I give this four stars only because one of the front wheels is noisy and does not smoothly turn when I move the rollator, causing the rollator to get stuck while in use, as well as difficulty rotating the rollator. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable using this outside of the home just yet. I'm hoping that I can either get it fixed or get a replacement for that part, but other than that, I don't regret buying this rollator! This is going to make life SO much easier for me :")

We purchased this rollator in Janaury of 2025. It took me a month to get around to assemble and use it. This is a "Cadillac" of rollators. My wife needs knee surgery so she wanted the rollator to feel safer during longer walks as she waits for her surgery. She preferred the understated black color. It looks neat and tidy.It has all the features and functions that a walker needs :It folds, it had a comfortable seat if needed,easy to lock and unlock the "parking brakes",squeeze brakes when walking,very easy rubber tires that roll quietly and smoothly,the size is large enough to be steady , without weighing a ton.It functions very well.It evens has a small carry area (glove box).We took it on vacation to the coast and one of the knobs loosen and was lost during the trip. I reached out to the seller to purchase a replacement and they sent a replacement knob for free. Excellent customer service and going above and beyond.Remember to tighten the knobs securely when assembling. :)I highly recommend the product and the seller. Highest rating.

Extremely well packaged. All parts and pieces were very well taken care of to ensure no damage would come to them during the shipping process. Assembly directions were clear and easy to follow. I am a 70 year old with limited mobility and I was able to assemble this product by myself giving me a great sense of satisfaction. I love that the seat height is adjustable as well as the arm height. Being a short person, this was a big draw for me. The larger wheels make it very easy to maneuver. The seat is a bit wider, which I view as a plus, and the backrest is supportive and comfortable. Very impressed that such a quality product came at such an affordable price. This product ticked all the boxes for me and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Yes, I would highly recommend this item.
