I have been taking Ashwagandha in various forms for the last 2 years I think, and have just recently heard about the potential health benefits of Shilajit, so to be able to get these was great.I cannot comment on the health benefits as my review will get canned, but for me these work as I have come to expect with Ashwaganha, and I look forward to the other ingredients helping as they should too.You get a months supply in the bottle with is great, I often read that people think the price is a little much, but for the price I think you get very good value.A great company, I have started using these quite a lot for various other products too, and find their ingredients well sourced and as they are organic its even better :)For me these are great, for someone else they may not do what you are after, so do your own research and make informed choices.

Ordered to try instead of the resin. This has the same effects but is a bit more practical in terms of when abe to take it compared to resin. It's good quality ,makes me feel like i have a good amount of energy and a clear head for the day.
