B619 Waterproof Scale

These scales are really good. Very happy with my purchase. Do all the tasks as described. The weight indicator window is bright, it is a good size and very easy to calibrate the different measurements. Its that good that i bought one for my friend for christmas. Worth paying a bit extra for this model. You won't be disappointed.

Love it! Really good and reliable. I've gone through so many scales that go wonky within a few months. This one really holds well. And I like that it's easily rechargeable with a USB cable so you're not having to mess about with batteries every few weeks. Good added feature that it weighs to a tenth of a gram so you get really accurate weights.

I have used a lot of kitchen scales. They all tend to last a year or so. This is the first one I bought which can be charged. And it also works well and is reasonably accurate. Once the batteries charged, he usually lasts a month with moderate use. Recommended

Much more accurate than my previous scales, well worth the slightly higher cost. Due to using for diabetes food preparation I needed a more accurate and faster display action, I realise that my previous scales didn't give me the precise measurements that I am now getting!

This scale broke within the first few weeks of use. It doesn’t turn on without being plugged in, even though it says it has full battery. The value on the scale varies between 0 and -10g when empty, and sometimes when left on without power, the screen flickers and makes a clicking noise. I made sure to keep the USB-C rubber plug in to prevent anything from going into the charging port and never got the scale wet. At most, I only ever wiped it clean with a damp paper towel.

An excellent set of scales; intuitive to use. Can't comment on battery life yet, but the unit can run on 3 AAA batteries or on a built-in rechargeable battery. I'm very impressed; beats my last scales hands down. Not expensive.

Ich habe mir die Feinwaage Küchenwaage von Bomata gekauft, und ich muss sagen, ich bin absolut begeistert! Die Waage liefert äußerst präzise Messergebnisse und eignet sich perfekt für die Zubereitung von Rezepten, bei denen genaue Mengenangaben wichtig sind. Das Design ist schlicht, aber modern, und die Waage nimmt in meiner Küche kaum Platz weg. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Tara-Funktion, mit der ich das Gewicht von Schalen oder Behältern problemlos nullen kann. Das Display ist gut ablesbar und die Waage reagiert schnell auf Änderungen im Gewicht. Die Waage ist auch sehr einfach zu reinigen, da die Oberfläche glatt und pflegeleicht ist. Die Batterien halten überraschend lange, was bei anderen Waagen manchmal ein Problem war. Alles in allem eine tolle Küchenhilfe, die ich jedem empfehlen kann, der auf Präzision beim Abwiegen von Zutaten angewiesen ist!

Super durable, have subjected it to all sorts of crap in my kitchen and it comes out unscathed. 0,1g precision is not perfect but super useful.

Ottima e non troppo ingombrante

I work in a food prep room and needed a waterproof, durable and accurate scale. So far, this unit has more than filled the bill. I chose it because it's supposedly very waterproof and so far, it's exceeded my performance expectations. It sets up and tares faster than the $300 ones provided by the company and it weighs 1/4 as much. It's rechargeable AND accepts AAA batteries. The readout is bright and dims for power conservation. IF it's as waterproof as they claim, I'll be very happy with this purchase. Time will tell but after a month's usage, I would recommend it highly, especially if you work in a wet environment. Update: After several months of daily use, it's proven to be waterproof. I rinse it off and dry it but, per their warning, have never submersed it and it works fine. It occasionally gets "stuck" and after a couple of taps, resumes faithful operation. I think this issue is due to the scale pan getting "stuck" because a light tap or two gets it back to normal. Great product which outperforms the expensive and less reliable Ohaus commercial models we have here. 1 year update: I've used this scale 5 days a week for a 14 months now and it's still as described above. Once every few days, it gets "stuck" as above but a light tap remedies the situation. Do be sure to remove the AAA batteries and dry the compartment if the scale gets wet or else corrosion will form. Absolutely no problem with the display or electronics in spite of daily rinse-offs. The literature states that this scale is not designed for commercial use but between you and me, it's done a yeoman's job at my work place and I know it's more accurate and reliable than the Ohaus scales we're provided. Great product - very pleased and will buy another one if and when this one croaks. Update. My first scale eventually "died" after 18 months of daily use because the battery compartment isn't waterproof and corrosion eventually occurred. I ordered another one just like it and sealed up the battery compartment door with Gorilla tape and will just use the rechargeable batteries it contains. After 4 months, this one works just as well as the other and the rechargeable batteries stay charged for what seems like months! I was recently transferred into a refrigerated workroom and after several hours, the scale started "freezing" but since I began placing it on a piece of cardboard (instead of the stainless steel countertop), it's worked flawlessly. Great product outperforming the "professional" models which cost 10x as much.
