They are high gloss, bright white and UV professionally coated which produces a brilliant result. This mug is classic and solid. We use a special heat method (we do NOT use decals or stickers) which embeds the imagery onto the mug. This produces a durable and vibrant image that is very resistant to fading, chipping or scratching under normal usage. DETAILS: : Grade A 15 oz.
