This thing was amazing... when I bought it (at the behest of my wife) I had middling expectations. But I have to say that aside from wishing it had a slightly bigger water container (though that would make it too heavy to use probably), the steamer is amazing! I use it on high most of the time and i've used it so far to clean grout, toilets, that oily film on cabinets around the stove, my range top and everything just comes off!!It heats up super quick and provides a nice continuous amount of hot steam but when it 'powers up' (I don't know what else to call it), it unloads this torrent of steam blasting grease/dirt/whatever away! Incredible cleaning power!!It's quite easy to use and all the attachments are easy to remove/swap. At the end of the day I ended loving this even more than my wife does!

I have been using this steam mop everyday, trying it out on something new many different surfaces.The first was my tile floors. The grout! I put it on the high setting, I could see the dirt coming out onto the tile. After finishing a big area, I went back to area I streamed with the mop attachment, and cleaned the tile.My tile looks so good! So clean.The next project was my sons bathroom toilet. That yellow all around sealer at the bottom of toilet. One steam and you it was clean. I wiped with paper towel.Next I decided to try it on my stone tile in the bath. I used the tool with squeegee and the window cloth together. The pics aren’t the best, but there is such a difference in the before and after! It was dull and dingy and now you see a satin like finish, with clean grout!It’s light in my hand even when tanks filled.Best feature is no more reaching and bending over. Easy to switch different attachments, when it’s cooled. That container cleaned when the tile around toilet and steamed the stone in shower, with not having to add more water.I did have to add water to tank when doing the floor tile. I have large floors.I timed it so when I needed to add more, that’s when I changed attachment to the mop. It cleaned up the grout dirt and cleaned the tiles. The steam dries quickly, and leaves that clean sheen my floor.I am so happy with this product. I will use this so many times. The mop cloths come out clean in washer and dryer. Ready for next time! This steam mop is such a great value for the money. I know I am saving money every time I use it.

The first thing that blew me away was the quick heat-up. I barely had time to fill the water tank and plug it in before it was ready to go. Then came the cleaning itself. This isn't just warm mist; it's powerful steam! I swear, it practically melts away the dirt. The steam control is fantastic allowing me to dial it up for tough spots or keep it gentler for more delicate surfaces. It glides around furniture legs, into tight corners, and under cabinets. It's incredibly lightweight. My arm doesn't ache after mopping the entire downstairs laminate flooring which is huge. My husband didn't believe me so he used the handheld steamer attachment to clean our bathrooms. He gave a thumbs up.

It works fantastic! Steams just the right amount of! Very tall handle , I’m 5’11” tall so this don’t hurt my lower back because it’s the right height for me. The only thing is the reservoir is small and there’s nowhere to tie up the cord on the machine. Other than that, it’s a thumbs up for me. I don’t think it’s as flimsy as people say. It is on other reviews. Nothing’s perfect, but I pushed it pretty hard and the tubes didn’t buckle or bend it all. And the only reason why I’m giving it a four is because there’s nowhere to put the cord.

I don’t write many reviews, but I thought maybe this might help someone in the same situation. I’m currently battling the dreaded bedbug. All the advice online tells you to buy a steamer, as it kills them on contact, but they usually advise one of those large garment steamers. Well, I took a chance with this little guy because it comes with a ton of different attachments and I’m really glad I did. The hose has three sections and you can use with 0,1,2, or 3 sections depending on what you have to reach, which is super handy. The different nozzles are great and help you get into all kinds of nooks and crannies. It heats up super quickly and puts out a lot of steam on high! I was worried about how small the reservoir is, but it lasts a surprisingly long time and if I’m doing a large area I just keep a full watering can on hand to fill it back up. I can’t comment on the durability, as I’ve only had it a week or so. I think I’m winning the battle against the bed bugs, only time will tell if I’ve won the war, but this little steamer is a great part of my arsenal.

This steam mop, steam hand held device is just what I needed. The steam that comes out for the mop and the hand held attachments work perfectly. It was very easy to put together and operate it. It came on time and was packaged nicely. I would buy this steam mop again. I have had a few different steam mops, and so far this is my favorite.

I was really excited to use this on my kitchen floors, with four dogs running in and out the grout can get pretty dirty in a week. It does well IF the dirt was dry, but if the something wet were to spill and sit until it's dry, I still have to scrub the grout, the steamer wont get get all the dirt. I tried using it on the inside of my oven door, it mad a minimal impact. I tried the carpet tool, I saw no difference afterwards. If you want a basic steam cleaner this will work, if you are wanting a steam cleaner that can do deep cleaning, maybe you are cleaning something that has been sitting for months, this is not the one. I have had this one for a few months and I am already searching for another.

I’m extremely satisfied with the results from this steam cleaner. The various attachments gives me the ability to clean a variety of surfaces. I tried different methods for cleaning tiles and countertops such as chemicals and brushes but this steam cleaner made the job easy, simple and very efficient. If your are looking for a household gift and one to keep as your own as an efficient, time-savin cleaner, I would definately recommend this product.
