Amazing...worth the buy
It may look simple but boy does this bar add an extra kick to your workout best thing is you feel the burn quicker, which means you can do less time if needs be.One small thing, you do have to tighten it alot in order for you to feel the benefits.

It separates in the middle when I use it like the idea of it but will buy one that is more like a ribbon band than this one which is more like a rubber rope.ive given it one star but really I wouldn't give it any 👎

Ease of use
Arrived very quickly. So easy to use with helpful DVD. Not noticed any benefits yet as only used for a couple of weeks but feel better for trying.

Not up to the job
I really loved the idea of this but unfortunately it had to be returned. It's just not sturdy enough and the resistance band snapped off within the first few weeks of use.

No use for small people
At 5 feet 1 tall I found this product not fit for purpose . The adjustment advice was of no use with winding the rubber around the bar , fruitless giving no resistance at all. May be ok if you’re 5feet 8
