Like this hat but the elastic band adjuster flew off in the OR when I was tightening it up. Still works great and stays on my head and is also very cute, love the pattern.

This is for people who have medium to short hair. It fits perfectly. It's not too big like some caps are. It has beautiful colors that blend w/a variety of scrubs. Good purchase. I already own 4 and will be purchasing more. I also love that this comes to me via mail so I get a little treat when I open my mailbox.
