TERRIFIC ROLLATOR!!!
I bought this rollator for my husband who has Parkinson's. He likes it a lot. It looks great and is extremely helpful. It is very sturdy and easy to maneuver. Cannot praise enough! We even bought a second one for our summer home. One minor minus: the indents on top of the basket are too shallow and tiny to be useful for placing a mug or a glass; it was probably designed for a european espesso mini-cup :). But the mugs and plates are pretty stable just riding on top. Don't bother to buy a tray -- I bought it and it just cannot be secured on top of the basket and slides off very easily. Still we both are very happy with this rollator. Do your research and try to find a lower price, though -- it varies quite a bit on different sites. I paid $350 the first time around but only $250 for the second.

This is a great walker. I have had many compliments when I am out and about. What I really like about it is how it handles in the yard. The wheels are big enough that I can maneuver it easily in the yard. The seat with a removable basket under it comes in useful too. It is a little more bulky when folded up to store in a car. But the ease in handling it makes up for it for me. It did come a little battered, like it had been used before, but the buyer did work with me on that.

Heavy
We bought the Active and it arrived June 12th. I thought it was a bit heavy ..and I knew it was on the 13th!!!!My husband started to lift it to try HIS new rollator . Immediate pain. One hour later in hospital for emergency surgery for hernia operation. Needless to say it hasn't been used yet. The plastic ties still on wheels!Based on my experience. thus far, it seems heavy (I am the one who lifts it) Also the seat is very hard and not having a backrest included is strange. If my husband does like the access then we have to find it and order it elsewhereI will give an update when my husband can try it..right now I'm not thrilled..

Joy of Freedom
We recently purchased an Access Active Rollator. It is one of the best purchases we have made. My wife was invalided due to an ATV accident and has largely been wheel chair bound for over a year. She has tried to use several other walkers but we live in the country and none of them allowed much mobility. One caught in the 3/4 minus rock outside our house and dumped my wife onto the ground. The larger wheels on the Rollator now make it possible for her to get around without fear of falling. It is also extremely easy to adjust and fold for loading in our car. We both really like the product. It appears sturdy and well made.

AWESOME Rollator!!
I give this a VERY HAPPY 4 stars!! The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 was because the back wheels aren't free floating like the front, but they do have a reason for that in the way it stores, so it isn't a huge problem to me!!I do LOVE this Rollator!!! LOVE the big front wheels!! It is SOoooooooooooooo nice and rolls so easily!! And QUIET!! LOVE how quiet it is! I was sick of everybody knowing I was coming & going due to the squeeks and noices from my last one!! LOVE the way everything on it moves & adjusts quickly so it fits ME perfectly!! The handles move up and down and the adjustors are METAL!! So they won't break as easy as others!! The seat moves up and down as needed or can be removed!! (Again, metal) VERY well put together and even has reflectors for safety!!Like my husband says, it makes me look like I am doing physical therapy, NOT walking with a walker!! (and this is GREAT) I walk more upright!! ALWAYS a plus when ones back is a mess like mine! I don't feel that stress and strain on my lower back like I had with other walkers/rollators!! AWESOME!! And the handles are RIGHT under me so it isn't such a stress on my arms and wrists!! It supports you more fully and AIDS in walking!! Not makes it harder like some!! I feel like it is helping me be the best I can be!!I highly recomend this to anyone who wants to be more mobile!! It is GREAT!!

Exceeds my expectations
I have MS and normally walk with two canes. There are those days (weeks) where a walker is necessary but I was after a walker that didn't make me feel like I had just escaped from a nursing home. The lines of the Access Active were an immediate draw, as were the large 10" front wheels. Upon delivery (just two days by regular ground for me), it was very easy to adjust to my height, 6'1". The brake cables running inside the supports are a very nice touch, adding to the sleek, uncluttered look. The joy, however, is that it works great! The function is considerably improved over conventional wheeled walkers. The large front wheels make it easy to negotiate thresholds and small obstacles. I have added the proprietary cane holders for my canes and am most pleased with how functional they are as well. The Access Active costs more, but, in my opinion, is well worth it.

Fashionable stablity for someone who needs assistance walking, but hates to admit it.
Perfect "Fashion" accessary for anyone with a mobility problem who doesn't want to have to use a "Standard, old-fashioned, old-people's, hospital type" rollator. The quote came from my 83 yr. old neighbor who NEEDED a rollator or walker due to recent illness, but didn't want to admit it. I searched high and low for something well-constructed, easy to set up and go, without "too many what's-its or thingamabobs" that "those old-folks use" so my neighbor would be encouraged to use it and return to a previously active life-style. It has worked! It looks as though one is pushing a small stroller, rather than one of those bulky, cumbersome units most people are accustomed to seeing. The basket has helped while shopping and the handles adjust so easily. The brakes are easily engaged and released but there is no worry of snagging the brake cables on anything, as they are inside the metal tubing. The only drawback for my neighbor was that we cannot install a walking cane holder due to the shape of the tubing; it is rectangular/ovoid rather than the standard round tubing from which most walkers, rollators and wheelchairs are constructed.
