Thank you.** A: As a woman of 71 I had to look up wrestler’s bridge! I obviously have no experience but on watching it performed on youtube, in my opinion I would say that it’s big enough and firm enough **Q: Is it high enough amd stiff enough to do calf raises on?** A: I bought this pad because I have a problem with balance and it was recommended by my physiotherapist. I tried to do calf raises just now and I couldn't as I couldn't keep my balance. I think it is not stiff enough, certainly for me. It is a balance pad not a platform. **Q: Can you step on this with football blades?** A: You can step on with football blades, however the material is soft and not intended for this so it may start to damage the pad after a while. We cannot guarantee how long it will last. **Q: Is this soft enough to protect your head from hitting the table but firm enough to write in a book? For my child who has motor tics** A: This would save serious head injury but is hard foam and so your head doesn't sink in.
