Solid part but no hardware.
I just unboxed them and notice no mounting hardware. I broke 2 of the 4 bolts needed to install these. I did not scour the ad to see if the hardware was included so ultimately its my fault for assuming. They look solid enough,I will update once installed.

Not best quality in my opinion
Not really well made. Going to have to replace next year.

Rusted
I have had these on for 1 year. They work fine but they didn’t use stainless screws and they are rusting.

Very poor quality
Overall very poor qualityHousings not labeled for sender vs. switch.Bullet connectors installed incorrectly (2 males where there should be a male/female and vice versa) and pulled right off the wire when disconnecting.Resistor in sender not steady, jumps from 1/8 to 1/2 trim in a split second.Been working on mercruisers professionally for 10 years, I mistook the add and thought these were oem. Wish I had thrown them away and reinstalled the still functional originals. Far too much work to replace these just to install garbage components. Spend the money and buy oem Mercury parts

Unit failed after minimal use
The trim send unit failed within 5 weeks after only a few trips out. The resistor in this unit is inconsistent as well. As the unit failed a week after the return window closed, I'm stuck with a broken unit and will end up buying the OEM part instead, which is what I should have done to begin with.

Junk
I agree with the other posts, mine was not consistent with the gauge, I thought at first it was a wiring problem or possibly the gauge, after many hrs of work to find out that this product is junk, buy OEM. Which I thought this was, the ad is misleading.
