This has been a godsend. It smells good, just a nuance of scent, not overpowering. It's soft and durable. I rarely recommend products, but with this product, I had to give kudos to the woman that made this product come to fruition. Thank you for helping me heal after my surgery when nothing else soothed my neck, shoulders and around my upper arms. It keeps the heat for almost a half an hour., more than other products. A must buy if you have neck and shoulder pain.

We both love this product!! I am in the dental field and I am dealing with chronic neck and back issues after many years in this profession. This really helps alleviate the tension in my neck and upper back areas. We had another one but this one really covers a lot more area and holds the heat much longer so we do not have to continually heat it up as much. The value is also great for how good the quality is. Overall, we are very happy and recommend this product!!!!!

Good product for the money. It would be nice if it retained heat longer, like other brands I own. I find that I have to reheat it more frequently than I’d like to. The design of it and it’s ability to comfortably wrap around your neck and up the back your head (if you want it to) and flexibility in its use make this a really great product. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. I’d gladly pay more if they’d use a higher quality heat-retaining compound in it.

I am so happy to receive this microwavable neck wrap from this company. It is exactly what I was looking for, for my self-care. The weight is perfect and almost like a security blanket. It heats up perfectly. I love the lavender smell, so relaxing and calms me down as I am suffering form anxiety. It is by far one of the best products I have come across.

My Physical Therapist recommended that I use heat on my upper back and neck 3 times a day to help relieve pain from arthritis and resulting nerve pain. I looked at several kinds of heat pads including electrical as well as this type and after reading reviews, chose the MK double sided microwaveable pad. Both my husband and I use it daily and have found that it so so comfortable, warm and soft. It relieves the pain for perhaps a couple of hours after use. It stays comfortably warm for 15 to 20 minutes. We’ve had no issues with heating it in the microwave. I put it on a clean plate and hit 2 minutes. It’s even nice when you come in from outside and have a chill. Recommend.

It was very soft and comforting. But I only used it about 10 times. then this morning I heated it for 90 seconds. When I opened the microwave it was full of very toxic smelling smoke, there were two black holes that had burned through, and all the black filling was pouring all over the floor when I tried to lift it out of the microwave. IT was about to catch fire, but I put it in the sink and ran cold water over it. The black filling on the floor was smoking and about to start a fire.I'm trying to find out if there is a warranty or something. $35 up in smoke.

I have mixed feelings on this product as it is thicker than I expected. I find it awkward to have on shoulders/neck while sitting in a chair. It does hold heat well and works nicely on my abdomen for menstrual cramps though.

heat pack too clumsy and thin fabric. Get poked with the seeds inside(need a fabric layer inside). The heating seeds/beeds falls down, doesn't stay where they are pocketed for (not stitched properly). I might as well go back to using 2 separate heating pack(one for neck and one for shoulders for less than half the price of this one).
