This little pillow was a godsend during my dog's recovery after surgery. He was so uncomfortable in the plastic cone, couldn't seem to get comfortable at night so didn't sleep much. I got him this pillow and he was so much happier - he could see better (the cone blocks peripheral vision), was able to hear and had a built I pillow to rest his little head. He didn't seem to mind putting it back on after walks and it let him romp around because it's it so light. And it definitely kept him from licking his incision... except when the pillow slid around so the opening was right below his chin. But this only happened occasionally and was easy to fix. I highly recommend this as a more comfortable but still effective alternative to the plastic cone!

My dog struggled with his vet prescribed cone of shame, was catching it on doors, steps and stairs. He was walking with his head down and struggled to eat and drink with it.This is so much better, lovely and soft, his face is free so he doesn’t feel trapped but still enough to stop the licking. He is so much happier with it and it’s definitely more comfy for him. He now has a pillow attached for them all important naps!!!

As soon as I put it on, my dog went bananas and her mate thought it was playtime and dived in it. Managed to rescue the collar before it got shredded. Great idea, but useless in practice unless you have a docile dog.

Had bad omens from the start with this thing. First Amazon Ligistics didn't deliver to my home. They said first off that the package had been delivered to my safe place. Lie No.1. I had been waiting since 8 stops away which took over 3 hrs. No van arrived. Kept being told it had been delivered. Then i got a pic which had a parcel half shoved through someone's letter box. This was sopposed to be proof. Lie No.2. It wasn't my letter box. Or front door. Or house. My 6 month old rottweiler had eye surgery & the cone bought from the vet he was wearing was severely damaged & dangerous, as there were sharp bits sticking out near his face. Obviously i needed something more comfortable whilst still protecting the wound so to speak. I "spoke" to a robot on Amazon still asking where my stuff is as i couldn't find a number to ring the currier-Amazon Logistics. Seething with sheer frustration i hung up on his robot ass! Then someone who lives up my street called with the package, my pup's inflatable ring to go round his neck & give him some comfort. The name & address was quite clear on the parcel so i have no idea why Amazon Logistics driver couldn't deliver to my address, ergo not causing me so much stress! So my pup has been wearing this collar for 4 days & nights. He hates it! Was a bit hard to blow up even though my partner pinched as advised. The pup snores when asleep because the collar rests against his throat. The pic the seller showed of a retriever sitting & snoozing comfily wearing this collar on a settee just doesn't happen. The black strap used to fasten has been chewed through twice. I sewed it back together as he'd chewed it through the middle. He did it again. Now theres a gap where he can get to his eye. This item, as far as i'm concerned, is not that good or fit for purpose. The velcro strap is the achilles heel. Leaves a gap wide open when the point is to surround & protect. Waste of money & time.

This was easy to use & comfortable. Being inflatable it is easy to store after use.

Although this looked a great alternative to the cone it was too small. Did look sturdy and value for money

In theory it works well to protect a dog from getting to the wound site however it is large and cumbersome and doesn’t look particularly comfortable for my dog. To be honest, he hates it and is constantly banging himself against things as he walks, much as he would with a cone. This has led to several attempts to bite it which isn’t great for an inflated object and, as it spins easily around the neck, has caused the Velcro strap to get caught in his mouth. We’ve stuck with a surgical suit instead.It is still a useful item, nicer than a plastic cone, appears well made, is easy to inflate and is contained in a nice soft cover. It is also able to be secured to the normal collar to keep it in place but it will rotate on the neck no matter what you do.

Der Chip unterdrückte den Trieb nicht mehr und er ist sehr dominant.Die OP wurde ohne Komplikationen durchgeführt.Und da wir keine Lust auf diese "Satellitenschüssel" hatten, dachte ich, wir probieren die ausblasbare Halskrause.Er passt wunderbar, je nach Halsgrösse kann man ihn aufblasen, es sind noch drei Schlaufen für ein Halsband vorhanden. Aber das Halsband haben wir erstmal weggelassen. Klappt wunderbar, die Öffnung der Halskrause verschiebt sich schon mal nach unten, dann könnte der Hund auch an die Wunde gelangen und lutschen. Aber da passen wir auf.Durch diese Halskrause hat er keinerlei Einschränkungen, nur an die Wunde kommt er nicht dran. Sie ist wesentlich besser, als ein Trichter.
