Fine, but could be better
As advertised, these are shipped flat on a piece of corrugated cardboard, so they arrived in perfect condition.I immediately baked a batch of cookies on one sheet, and that's when things started to go down hill.To be clear, once the cookies were completely cooled, they did separate fairly cleanly. Not as cleanly as the parchment paper I'm used to using from a roll, however. Moreover, when the cookies had cooled slightly, to a point where I would have been able to cleanly remove them from my usual parchment paper, they were very stuck to this paper. When I did remove the cookies, once they had cooled completely, I saw that fat had soaked through the paper and onto the cookie sheet itself. Another thing that never happened with the parchment paper I'm used to. I'm looking elsewhere for parchment paper to bake with, and might use these for wrapping or something.

Not non-stick!
I was so excited to find these pre-cut parchment paper liners for my half sheet pans. I had been using Reynolds Parchment Paper that comes in a roll but always found myself wasting a good 3 inches along the side that I'd have to trim away to make the paper fit my baking sheet. A day after I got them, I used them for baking red velvet whoopie pies. First of all, these liners very thin. But even more disappointing was that my whoopie pies stuck to them! After baking each batch, I had to very gingerly remove the cakes using an offset spatula, then replace the liner with a fresh one. Such a waste! At least with the Reynolds Parchment, it's thick enough and amply coated so that it's possible to re-use one sheet to bake 2-3 batches of cookies or whoopie pies. Either buy a roll of Reynolds parchment paper, if you don't mind trimming and throwing away the excess, or splurge on re-usable Silpat baking mats instead.

This particular liner is good quality. Pam spray your pan
People, if you do any baking, then you probably know how effortless it is to line your pans, dishes, pots.....anything going into the oven.....with parchment. This particular liner is good quality. Pam spray your pan, apply the parchment and Pam spray the parchment. No muss! No fuss!No kitchen should be without it...saves you all of that scrubbing and the food actually tastes better and is less likely to dry out and/or burn. Go for it!

Easy Pleasy
These are easy to use. I don't know about you, but I can never seem to rip a sheet off a roll of parchment without making it zigzagged. But with these, viola! Problem solved! At the time I purchased them, these sheets had the best price (when comparing price per sheet) of any of the bulk pre-cut parchment papers.I highly recommend.

Like this product
Like this product. Was using a roll and had massive curling edge problems. These sheets lay flat and are wonderful.
