Arkadi and the Lost Titan

The media could not be loaded. I just received my copy of Arkadi and the Lost Titan, and while I haven’t started reading it yet, I’m already impressed by the production quality. As someone familiar with CAZA’s previous work, I can say the visual storytelling is stunning—dynamic layouts, fluid panel transitions, and a unique graphic style that, while reminiscent of Moebius in its aesthetic complexity, stands firmly on its own.The book is substantial—oversized, thick, and beautifully bound. This edition collects the complete work in a single volume, printed in full color on high-weight matte cardstock paper. While the matte finish gives it a refined, art-book feel, I personally prefer glossy stock that makes the colors pop a bit more. Still, this is a minor point, as the overall printing and binding are excellent.It’s printed in China, like many recent art editions, but the quality control is clearly high. This is a carefully curated release that long-time fans have been waiting for, and I’m thrilled to finally have it on my shelf. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the rich tradition of European bande dessinée and speculative storytelling.
