The number of available 4 slicer is quite small and even in Germany this one from De'Longhi is not available. Therefore I ordered in UK. Delivery was in time , as mostly from desertcart. The toaster itself, the Vintage look with this color is what my wife realy love (and in combination with a water boiler out of this series). It is great to toast with 2 independend roast levels and 4 slices at the same time. I notice the speed of roasting the bread is a bit slower than I'm used from my oder 2 slice toaster from a different vendor, but this seems to make the repeatable roast level more precise. So far, it looks fine, it does what it promise (toast the bread), the price is acceptable. It could have an top frame for bread rolls included in the package. At least in Germany this is common. Not sure if this is available from De'Longhi as accessory. I can not rate if on a long term basis, as I just have it now a couple of weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice large form 4 slice toaster - expensive but very good quality and design *by F***N on 19 May 2017* I have not really invested much money in a toaster before as I have opted for the lower priced generic supermarket versions. However after my last toaster seemed to have developed irrational and anti-social habit of burning toast at all costs I thought I would invest a little more money in a more expensive equipment. This De'Longhi toaster is a large 4 slice toaster and its construction is very good and solid. I think if you buy this toaster you will be better off keeping it out as a feature and not putting it away in a cupboard, as it is quite bulky and heavy. The toaster itself is very good and will accurately cook your toast from warm bread right through to fairly well done (this toaster does not have a burnt setting!). The controls are simple and you have a number of useful settings such as Bagle, Frozen bread, reheat and of course a cancel option. The toast cooking setting is controlled via easy to use buttons and an easy to read dial. Overall this is a good toaster and it looks very nice too. Certainly is not a cheap product but the quality seems match the price tag fairly well.
