It works! I used it to make a siberia sponge cake. Follow a RECIPE instead of exactly what's on the bag for best results for what your goal is because the powder will do it's thing no matter what.

Makes A Great, Firm Gelatin
I'm impressed with It's Just - Agar Agar Powder. I've never used a vegan gelatin before, and I have to say, this does a great job! It sets firmly and you can't taste it, which is always a bonus. Unfortunately, I made a horrible recipe with it! lol! I will be using it to make something fruity next time and am looking forward to trying it in a variety of recipes. It is easy to use too - just boil it with your water/liquid, and you'll see it start to thicken. Truthfully, I love that it isn't sourced from animal products, and I will be happy to order this again when I run out. It's also a great value!

Great for home made fruit gummies
I love using agar powder as an alternative to gelatine for making home made fruit gummies. We have these giant gummy bear molds. I used pureed peaches, some sugar and stevia and agar powder. The gummies turned out super yummy with great texture
