So helpful!
I absolutely love this device. It actually helps to calm me down when I'm stressed out because you need to breathe deeply when wearing it. As far as the decompression, omg it feels so good! I wear it for about 20 minutes as needed and it is truly helpful.

Doesn’t fit
According to the measurements, this should fit. It doesn’t though, it is too tall on the lowest setting and puts a ton of pressure on my jaw. I couldn’t even stand to have it on for 30 seconds because it was causing so much pain. I will stick with the pump up style traction devices that expand and deflate to fit a wider range of sizes. Those ones at least work as intended.

Air inflation retention is bad.
I choose the manual inflation pump, because the reviews for the electric pump were low. The manual pump works great, but the device doesn’t hold the air. It begins to deflate immediately. Overall, I like the product, but disappointed with the air inflation.

Absolutely recommend
Absolutely worth the money. If you have a compressed disc, get this. The only thing to be aware of is positioning. Tighten the band first, then inflate with your head leaned forward so it's a little lower, then slowly extend. I do a few clicks and let my neck get use to it. Then a click or two more and wait again. And repeat. I went from almost incapacitated to just discomfort in a handful of days. I highly recommend it.
