Massive mold lines that are sharp all over it. This skimmer would likely cut my pool liner. I know you get what you pay for and this thing is cheap, but wow. This is just like bad. Sharp mold lines, the tolerances on the handle are so bad, the sections of the shaft do not go together without massive force, and I'm not going to try any harder cause this is getting returned. Further, the actual handle section is warped and not straight. The manufacturer of this should feel ashamed of the quality of the product. The resources used to make this cheap have been wasted. If I had gotten this for free, I'd have tossed it in a box somewhere in my basement and never used it and would only not throw it in the trash because I'd feel bad someone gave it to me. At least the net doesn't have holes in it, I guess, if I have to say something nice.

It’s a tiny rickety thing, but continues to do the job , the kids even played with it in epic swimming pool battles and it’s still usable. The handle came off but screwed right back on and has been ok. Pools taken down for winter , we’ll see how long it makes it into next summer :)

Smaller than expected. The rod is less than an inch in diameter and not very long. For my 15ft above ground pool, it works but I would not recommend it for a real pool.

It's easy to use and put together. It's not very sturdy though and a bit flimsy. But it works and you can adjust the handle so it's shorter so you can use it as a pole style or hand held style which makes it versatile for pool or fish tank usage.

Easy to use. Does a good job cleaning top of pool. It's not that sturdy. Bends easily. Material as described. It's just ok. I'd like it to be more sturdy. Feels like it could break at aby moment skimming the bottom of my tiny pool.

A good tool to help children learn to keep their own pools tidy. It can be fitted to multiple lengths and is light enough for an eight year old to dip, skim, and dump out the inevitable leaves and grass clippings. I gave it five stars because it's well designed, easy to assemble, light weight, and still seems durable enough if used with reasonable care.

Handle was broke on arrival. Appears to be manufacturing defect like prior reviews have noted. A split on the handle appears to be when they stuff a part into the handle.Not worth returning due to wait time and cost. This is total junk and waste of money.
