The Jacksons

This is the Jackson’s first album after leaving Motown and giving them a little more freedom with song writing and production. This album includes Michaels first song written by him to be on any releases. Plus you get the smash hits “Enjoy Yourself” and “Show You The Way To Go” Not their best, it took a couple more albums for that, but still enough great music for a laid back Sunday afternoon!

Melts my heart. All songs are great. Can't get enough. My grandkids play it all the time too.

I don't know if I can say anything negative about music involving The Jacksons as a group and as solo artists. I grew up listening to their music on the radio and watching them on television, whenever possible. Their music is the soundtrack of my life. I listened to Enjoy Yourself, Good Times and Show You The Way To Go on the radio as a child. I loved those songs! I still love them! As I listened to the other songs that probably didn't recieve airplay, I started falling in love with them as well. I Love Strength Of One Man and Dreamer. I love the lyrics. I love The Jacksons because they always tried to be positive in their songs and lives.

Thank you for making my collection of The Jacksons complete! I love every song on the album but especially "Enjoy Yourself", "Keep on Dancing" and "Show You the Way to Go"!I really wish that the brothers would have continued to record together over the years. I truly admired them as a family and as a great singing group. In my opinion, each of the brothers should have been given a opportunity by the record label(s) they were with to record, produce and have distributed, solo arrangements...it is a shame that "politics" or "favortism" got in the way of each of them "shining".I hope that The Jacksons will produce an album soon and that it will be well received by the fans who want to hear something from them.May God continue to comfort the Jackson family during this time of them losing a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and good friend.Love from a Jackson5, The Jacksons and Michael Jackson fan.

How can you go wrong with a Jacksons album. Of course I love this particular album because it was the first time the brothers branched out from their Motown influence. They deserved the right to explore their own production style. I love Blues Away, Show You the Way to Go, Good Times, and so many others. It was a preview of Michael's greatness and I loved to hear what the brothers could come up with on their own. Nostalgic and always includes their penchant for either dance music or soulful sounds and thoughtful lyrics.

But I wish they would ring the doorbell, someone just tried to steal it, but luckily another neighbor stopped the person, other than that, they do a great job.
